Powder Snow first in case you like doing the grouped wilds together, better cooldown than Icy Wind too.
During Avalanche + Icy Wind phase, hit Avalanche first and Icy Wind them into your Avalanche. Snow Warning will help and they'll be primed for a stun from the Avalanche dissipating and totalling 4 slingings of snow, stunning them. It won't be long, but they'll be hurt
Use Avalanche before Blizzard because Blizzard can push targets completely out of range if used first. The combo will completely freeze them, then you can auto attack for the extra damage. Keep attacking during and after the combo if they survive
