Guide

(The Lugia boost emblem has the Green color instead of the Purple color)
_____________________________________________________________
Gardevoir is an interesting Pokemon to say the least, my favorite build for Gardevoir is Future Sight and Moonblast, the combo of the Moonblast stun and the big Future Sight damage makes it easy to play for me.
_____________________________________________________________
Choice Specs:
Choice Specs (if you didn't know) raise your Special Attack Damage whenever your moves hit. The higher the Special Attack the Pokemon has, the more damage is increased. Playing along with the emblems that raise your Special Attack, it can deal massive amounts of damage to a single Pokemon.
_____________________________________________________________
Wise Glasses:
Wise Glasses raises your Special Attack by 7%, following on what I explained during Choice Specs, this will help the damage further.
_____________________________________________________________
Shell Bell:
When one of your moves hits, you recover with the Shell Bell, and again the higher the Special Attack, the more it recovers. Plus you get a cooldown reduction.
_____________________________________________________________
X Attack:
X Attack not only buffs your Attack and Special Attack, but also your Attack Speed. With a semi short cooldown this can be used for extra damage.
_____________________________________________________________
Potion:
Or if you want to be a bit more bulkier, I recommend the Potion, it has about a 20 second cooldown and combined with some supporters can make you go from low HP to full HP. Both are fine to use.
_____________________________________________________________
Confusion:
Obviously you want to deal extra damage in early game so you can get your EXP fast.
_____________________________________________________________
Future Sight:
Combined with all the boosted Special Attack, this can deal huge amounts of damage.
_____________________________________________________________
Moonblast:
Has Area damage so the stun can affect multiple Pokemon on impact. You also get a little backwards dash from using it, it's a good retreat method when you are getting chased down by a singular Pokemon.
_____________________________________________________________
Fairy Singularity:
Only use your Unite Move if you are in team battles, try to use it in an area with lots of Pokemon so you target as many as you can.
_____________________________________________________________
That's it! Now it wont be the perfect build and might be severely outdated in a couple of months, but for now it looks to be a decent build.

Works Well With

Comfey

Obviously, Gardevoir is a Glass-Cannon type of Pokemon, so healing is essential. Funny enough, Comfey is a Special Attacker along with Gardevoir, you can deal more damage with Comfey, but it is optional.

Dragonite

With the stun that Moonblast has, an Outrage Dragonite can easily take down opponents whilst stunned, combined with Extreme Speed will be even more deadlier.

Hoopa

If you've played Hoopa or have seen Hoopa gameplay, you know that its usefulness with healing is annoying and or a blessing to you. And its Unite Move is also useful as well for your team fights.
