Exp. Share
Passively gain EXP every second while you have the lowest level on your team. However, you forfeit any EXP you'd normally gain when assisting teammates against wild Pokemon.
Buddy Barrier
When using a Unite Move, shield yourself and your nearby ally with the lowest HP.
Focus Band
When HP is low, gradually recovers HP.
X Speed
Temporarily increases your Movement Speed.

This build is a tank. You're not the solo carry, though you can deal great damage at times.
Items are standard for a tank. I sometimes swap out Buddy Barrier for Weakness Policy when I want more damage. Emblems are 6 white, 6 brown, 2 blue.
Rock Tomb is amazing at punishing opponents who over commit. X-Scissor is great for stunning otherwise mobile pokemon, and letting your mages kill them from the back. The moves combo very well with each other. Rubble Rouser is an insane unite move that can easily swing fights you would have otherwise lost.
The build is great for playing alongside teammates with good damage who are ready to capitalize on your Rock Tomb traps when you cut off an enemy's escape option.

Rock Tombs create a great pocket to launch Blizzard+Avalanche into.
Rock Tombs create a great pocket to launch Electro Ball into.
