Guide

Wigglytuff is an odd case in terms of Supporters. It’s a more melee-oriented support character with a lot of abilities that lend themselves to being in the battle as much as possible. This build gives you a way to operate with a hit-and-run style of combat that gives you a ton of room for skill expression while also allowing you to make use of the strengths of your character.

If you’re operating as a proper supporter in bot lane with an All-Rounder, you shouldn’t be sponging much experience to begin with, so the Exp. Share is gonna be your best friend. It lets your All-Rounder pull all of the experience from the Mobs that you kill together, allowing them to level up more quickly and reach their late-game scaling point much faster.

Buddy Barrier synergizes really well with your Unite Move, since it doubles up on the shielding given from the ability, while also granting you some much-needed survivability in a team fight. Your Defense and Special Defense are sorely lacking when compared to the Defenders, so it takes some strategic thinking to be able to make full use of your abilities. Leftovers just gives you the passive healing that you’ll need to operate with the hit-and-run style that Wigglytuff thrives with.

As for your abilities, most people run Sing instead of Rollout, and that’s not necessarily an incorrect thing to do. It’s easy, reliable CC that’s hard to miss. However, Rollout gives Wigglytuff some much-needed mobility, allowing it to engage a fight easily, and escape if you’re caught out while trying to score a sneaky drop in the back line. It also allows for some great skill expression since you can angle your Rollout to bounce off walls and get stronger CC in clutch teamfights around Zapdos or in choke points in the jungle. You can easily reposition for clutch Unite Moves with it.
