Move faster when not in combat.

Special attacks heal 45 HP, plus a percentage of your Sp. Atk.

So eevee is horrible swift sucks and dies quickly so get to lvl 4. To evolve and start putting stuff on fire.
Calm mind cause it's better then draining kiss.
X speed cause it's the best combo with mistycal fire.
Fairy frolic is very good allowing you to literally become invisible and deal damage.
You can switch the float stone for Scope lens but if you want to be able to run away from your opponents
Use the float stone and X speed combo.

Protect with wall
When sylveon gets low zacian can come in and ko the opponent.
