Guide

This is a build I used previous season where I got a win rate of 80% solo with 50+ games up until masters 1400, Then it dropped down to 68% when I finished at masters 1700 or something.

~~~~General game flow~~~~
Do your jungle rotations, go to a lane that you think you can help best. Kill them with your rapidly increasing damage while you slow them with red buff and astonish's slow (effectively rooting them in place). Then try to score whatever points you can and repeat.
When you get spirit shackle you can start doing some real damage by roaming around and sniping enemy Pokémon that are fighting one of your teammates.
you should be able to get in range pretty fast as long as you stick near the middle of the map and use float stones movement speed bonus.
Do not just go in for auto attacks unless it is completely safe to do so, like you outnumber the front line and nobody can stun you at a range or close the gap and instantly burst you down.
Stay in the back and try to shoot arrows through their whole team. When you see somebody come for you, back off while auto attacking them.
Then when they are about to get into range use eject button and that will usually allow you to finish them.
When you reach around the 2;30 mark stay safe and use shadow sneak to make sure bushes are safe near Rayquaza.
Whatever you do, Do Not Die. Stay in the back while sniping and use your Unite when you have no arrows left.
When your team decides to take down Rayquaza make sure to charge your arrow to finish it. If you have stacked throughout the game there shouldn't be anything that could do a better job at securing that winning buff.
~~~~Items~~~~

Float stone:
If you ever see someone on the map being attacked by the enemy, you will be able to get there faster and also while charging your first shot you will be slowed down allot less.

Trust me you will catch allot more enemy Pokémon that used to get just out of range by just a hair.

Float stone also gives a pretty decent attack bonus which scales very well with spirit shackle.
-----------------------------------------
Weight:
Increases your ability damage by a ton. If you do not feel comfortable with stacking on Decidueye you can always switch it out for a focus band or preferably a muscle band to rip objectives faster.
-----------------------------------------
Buddy barrier:
Makes you slightly more tanky with HP and gives a big shield while uniting that can really catch enemy Pokémon of guard.

Works Well With

Sableye

Vision on enemies you would otherwise not be able to see allowing you to snipe them.

Can lock down a Pokémon in place or keep them away from you while you shoot them like a sitting duck.

Trevenant

Trevenant can survive a long time by himself while stunning enemies in place for long durations, allowing you to safely snipe his enemies from afar.

Blissey

A Blissey watching your back can help mitigate the fact that you are very squishy and can easily save you in a pinch with her Unite
