This build will work really well if you have a Mamoswine with you in Top lane. Avalanche slows opponents down, allowing you jungler to take them out. Blizzard can push opponents away from you, allowing you to get away, or knock them into a heavy hitter. Paired with a Mamoswine, you will hinder you opponents.
Works Well With
Both can freeze, making it difficult to do any damage to them . If Mamoswine is using the Attack Weight, Alolan Ninetails can protect Mamoswine while it stacks up its attack .
