Guide

You know that Zeraoras one annoying move that follows you and makes itself invincible for a second? Volt Tackle is that but with 0.3 seconds of invincibility while getting you back into safety (and electro ball range) as soon as the move ends. The reason why this isn't usually chosen as a move is because electro ball range is most other pokemon basic attack and move range, meaning almost instant death.
This is why we have a health build and invincibility.
Because of your build, you will be less useful in the early game as you have no Spc. Atk boost, but you will have much more hp than usual and your Def and Spc. Def will scale with that, meaning you'll kill people anyway.
When it comes to the mid game where Regileki and the 3 Regis spawn, your health build will come in. Since your Volt Tackle gets you in trouble by revealing you and putting you in enemy range, you'll take a lot of damage by fighting. The health build gives you enough time to gank an enemy (preferably the carrier), run for it with full heal, and get back to base. Repeat with the rest of the opposing team but chase with volt tackle as the rest most likely are on low health because you nuked their only competent player.
When it comes to you getting your unite, you want to start keeping track of everyone's levels and locations.
The jungler/carry should have high levels because they focus on killing people and creating opening opportunity, so it causes a snowball. You want to focus your antics on your team member with the least levels, but also make sure they aren't afk or completely suck at the game. What you want to do is first make sure via map view that the enemy is distracted by goals or a minor objective, then you want to go directly to that teammate I mentioned earlier. get them to follow you into or near a goal, then get to the enemy carry/jungler. Unite, then get the jungler at low enough health so that they can be killed in one to two moves, but also won't run away because they think they can still survive. Your health build will take advantage here as your goal is to lure the jungler/carry into your underleveled teammate and get them killed by the teammate. Your teammate will most likely realise what you're doing as soon as you start running since A. They either think you're at low health or B. They know that the jungler is low and will give them levels.
Now that you've given your teammate needed levels and yourself some EXP off of an assist, it's time for you to do what the description says. Do the same as before but with squishy top pokemon you know you and the carry can kill, and if you need to move to bottom objective support from the back line as much as you can while pinging for your lane to aggro. Your unite charges very fast gives you and a lowest hp ally in your range a massive 20% shield, so exploit it as much as you can. You don't want your carry dead either, so use your health to tank when you can, you can regen with the shell + move vamp.

Works Well With

Blissey

Blissey is (surprisingly) the technically largest Hp pokemon in the game, boasting a hp stat of 10000. Buddy barriering this pokemon will give it an extra 25% shield, and when combined with its 20% shield unite plus an extra buddy barrier on it equals a massive 70% shield.

Snorlax

This thing already has a giant shield when uniting, and its shield won't dissipate until it dies. Unite this defender during its own unite, and it's almost impossible to kill.

Zoroark

Zoroark has crazy enemy jungle sniping and nuke potential. Focus on getting this to lvl 13 as fast as you can, and games will become a breeze.
