Basically the entire point of this build is to deal as much damage as possible, even when you're low on HP. Especially, that's what I meant, when you're low on HP.
Thunder Shock - Can deal damage to multiple opponents and Stun them.
Electro Ball - Can deal damage to multiple opponents, Stun them and deal more damage the less HP the opponent(s) have.
Volt Tackle - Displaces the opponent while dealing damage.
Weakness Policy - Deal more damage at lower HP.
Scope Lens - Critical Hit damage increases.
Wise Glasses - Special attacks deal better damage.
X Attack - Your attack (well, all of Attack) boosts to the MAX.
This build was created in the game version of 1.6.1.4. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
