The key is to keep opponents off the goal, preventing them from scoring with a tanky offense.
Flail gives extra damage output that forces enemies to retreat quickly if they can't deplete your HP to 0 fast enough. Block pushes with stuns, allowing nearby offense teammates to step in and pick off.
Item use ensures longevity against just about every threat.
