Guide

TIME SLOT:
10:00-9:30: Mostly grinding aipoms, go in top lane or bottom lane depending on your choice. (strategy for choosing lane at strategies section)

What to do:
-Take 1-2 aipoms on a lane

What not to do:
-Steal the aipoms and leave none for your teamate
-Go to central area

9:30-8:30:
Try not to fight enemy much, but if your teammate decides to than you have to support them, just keep healing.

What to do:
-Heal teammates and support what they do

What not to do:
-Go off by yourself trying to score a goal or attack
-Leave your teammates alone (unless they are doing very well, than you can try to level up)

8:30-7:00: You will probably learn egg bomb during this time, again support your teammates, if your lane is empty and no one is there, go to another lane, does not matter much about a few goals for the enemy. (Zapdos will give it the win)

What to do:
-Heal teammates
-Stay only in lanes where teammates are

What not to do:
-IMPORTANT: Do not use egg bomb unless you absolutely need to. Egg bomb is just so you can use more soft-boiled at once, choosing egg bomb increases the number of times you can use Soft-Boiled at once and that is the only reason we are choosing it.
-Stay in a empty no teammate lane

7:00-2:00 Now we reach the time where bosses like drednaw and rotom spawn. Make sure not to try to kill them yourself.

What to do:
-Continue support

What not to do:
Start killing bosses yourself

2:00-0:00 Zapdos spawn time. If your team seems to be attacking Zapdos or enemies in the legendary pit, join them and use Bliss Assistance, your unite move. If your team is not attacking, than you will most likely lose if the opposing team takes Zapdos. Your only choice is to hide near Zapdos, which isn't normally a good idea and try to steal it with egg bomb, and gosh it is hard.

Strategies:
-Choosing lane:
For choosing a lane you want to support the pokemon going on the lane if they are:
Absol
Decidueye
Delphox
Gardevoir
Zeraora
Cramorant
Duraladon
Gengar

These all have quite low health, note that they are attackers and speedsters. These are the most need for support.
Otherwise defenders and supporters dont need much support, all-rounders still could take some support.

Good luck and have fun : )
