Leftovers
When not in combat, recovers 1% of your HP every second.

FIRST PICK
Confusion does good damage for a first move, it's also the best of the both for that, because it's easier to take out wild pkmn's, Astonish is also viable.
FIRST UPGRADE
Phantom Force is damage for free, and gives Hoopa a great mobility tool, I did not choose Shadow Ball because it was not the objective of this build.
SECOND UPGRADE
Hyperspace Hole can be replaced by Trick since they give both Movement Speed, the only difference is that Hyperspace Hole is way more supportive than Trick.
UNITE MOVE
Rings Unbound is the best Unite in the whole game, transforming you into a War Machine, and offer a free invitation for your allie's to teleport to you to join the party, just a banger, use it wisely.
ITEMS
Float Stone is a main item for this build, because it's centralized around the fact that Hoopa is the best Offensive Support of this game and abuse's his presence on the map to be everywhere when everyone needs you, I also recommand to play with friends or player's in a vocal with this build for it's S TIER supportive actions, Buddy Barrier is kind of self-explanatory and brings even more support, and for the Leftovers well, it's just to not back everytime you are low on HP's.
