Slowbro’s passive, Oblivious, negates a portion of the damage dealt to you when damaging an opponent with a move. Focus Band causes you to be able to heal back a portion of the damage dealt to you while also giving you passive defensive stats that Slowbro loves. Leftovers grants you passive healing out of combat, as well.
Since Surf has three instances of damage you get three instances of healing from it being used, plus it offsets incoming damage while also hitting multiple enemies with hard CC. Amnesia makes you incredibly tanky, heals you, boosts the power of Surf, and has its cooldown reduced by Shell Bell. This build gives you insane survivability in teamfights without sacrificing utility.

This build was created in the game version of 1.1.1.2. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
