Muscle Band
Basic attacks do more damage the more HP the opponent has.
Scope Lens
Boosts critical hit damage.
Buddy Barrier
When using a Unite Move, shield yourself and your nearby ally with the lowest HP.
Eject Button
Instantly teleport yourself somewhere nearby.

Guide
First Pick: Leafage is way better than Astonish in almost every case because you can defeat wild pokemon faster to level quicker over Astonish because you get it at level 3 anyways.
Moves: Spirit Shackle and Shadow Sneak. Shadow Sneak will lower the pokemon's defense and slow them down along with dealing damage. That is the best time to use your Spirit Shackle. The further away you are from the enemy to more damage you will do thanks to your passive.
Build: Muscle Band and Scope Lens are essential because they help a lot with your basic attack damage and well as increasing your damage overall significantly. Now, Decidueye's only weakness is his HP. Buddy Barrier is a good choice to compensate for this loss in HP to keep him alive longer. Eject is good for getting away in tight situations.
Items: You can also run Energy Amplifier, Focus Band, or Attack Weight with this build depending on what you like better. You can sub all these in over Buddy Barrier. Energy Amplifier (IMO) is probably not the best choice best because you are not really using Decidueye Unite that much anyways. If you are it's a sustainable choice. Focus Band is better overall because healing is always nice and it helps when you are in some big fights. It also helps with the little HP Decidueye has. Attack Weight is another viable choice because if you can get in 6 goals max you add a total of +72 Attack increasing his damage significantly higher!
Synergy: Pikachu, Slowbro, Mamoswine, Snorlax, Hoopa, Blissey, Mr. Mime, and many others.
Works Well With
Pikachu can use Volt Tackle or Thunderbolt to stun securing your Spirit Shackle damage.
Snorlax can use Yawn to put the enemy to sleep to secure your Spirit Shackle.
Slowbro is amazing because he can use his Telekinesis skill to keep the enemy in place.
