I always go bottom lane with Mamoswine even though top lane is recommended reason being you need to rotate for Drednaw at 7:30 so it's better if you're slower characters like Mamo are already there as the quicker ones will make it down to you faster.
This build is incredibly bulky so use tackle early game to be trying to get as many banks as possible for early level advantage use the goal getter if necessary, also Ice shard is great for stealing the opposition's farm early game.
