So, here's the game plan.
Jungling will get you to level 5 once you get the full clear.
Red buff will give your Auto Attack's slows that will be very beneficial to the Owl's early game.
Once you hit level 7, Razor Leaf will start to shred creeps and objectives as if you were a cheese grater.
Shadow Sneak is an auto-lock form of slow and defense shred.
Protip for using its ult, it's controlled with your left stick (if you play on switch).
Most important advice I can give to any budding Decidueye player is to keep your distance when taking fights. Decidueye was built for hitting opponents from a safe distance, so keep that in mind.
Works Well With
Blissey can Taxi Decidueye out of dangerous situations with Helping Hand, which also boosts Decidueye's attack speed.
Eldegoss' Leaf Tornado is a quick way to boost you out of Situations you don't wanna be in, and they can give you shields or healing.
