I know what you're thinking; Razor Claw on Wigglytuff? This guy's lost his mind! Well, hear me out.
The core focus of this build is keeping the opponent stuck in place for both you and your teammates to take them out. The Buddy Barrier and Focus Band need no explanation, but Razor Claw is shockingly good at achieving this.
First off, you get extra damage off your basic attack after Sing and Double Slap, which certainly helps wear down your opponents faster, but that's not the prime feature we want to look at. That would be the slow effect.
The ideal game plan is to run in with Sing, hit them to deal damage and slow them, and then hit them with the double slap while they're slowed, after which you can slow them AGAIN. This one item makes you such an efficient bully it's unreal. Not to mention, all of your Double Slap hits (which is seven of them, mind you) gain an extra 2% crit rate.
This build is simply put the most fun you can have with Wigglytuff, and trust me, your opponents won't be ready for the pure oppression and damage this build provides.

Works Well With
Machamp's Submission allows you to keep the opponent in place to ensure they don't run before the sleep effect kicks in, after that it's a done deal. Terrifying combo in lane
Cinderace, or really any ranged attacker pairs very well with this build. Its main focus is keeping the opponent in place, which allows for some great ranged bullying by your teammates.
This build was created in the game version of 1.2.1.9. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
