Greninja walks the Path of the Shinobi. Lol.
Being a ninja with an affinity for water and a well versed use of shadow clones, he really pumps out the damage.
Early game should be playing it a little safe with just Salome basic farming and defending your goal. Keep in mind he is squishy even though he has many escapes.
After evolution and you get Double Team, you will be able to 1v1 much easier without worrying about dying so easily. When you finally evolve into Greninja and gain your Unite Ability then you will be able to strongly turn the tides of a team fight by dropping in with your Unite Move and following up with Double Team into Water Shuriken.
