Double Team actually helps you. depending on what move you have such as bubble/surf/water shuriken. It will aid in battle which is great.
Surf is the best cause I learned that the surf resets are the best especially with double team.
Eject is the best because greninja is both range and melee which is great for getting out of horrible situations.
Unite must be used in zapdos fight never use Unite before zap. you shouldn't use unite until 3:12pm
