I use this build pretty often, if not all the time, with Greninja. I tend to position myself to be able to use double team as a damage booster, more than an evader or a means of escape. Once you pop Double Team (you can pop x attack here if you think you might need a little boost) you then aim your Water Shuriken at the enemy and deal a good amount of damage to them. This can be used effectively to finish off enemies, or if done correctly can be used to completely take out an enemy by yourself.
This build was created in the game version of 1.2.1.5. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
