Increases the damage of special attacks.

Slows the Movement Speed and basic attack speed of nearby opponents.

Guide
Start off by using Sing to hinder your enemies and follow this with Double Slap. It's good to have a teammate with you that can finish off the enemy (if you already haven't). If the enemy is still getting away, or you know is going to get away rather quickly (e.g. Talon Flame, Zeraora, etc.) pop your slow smoke to hinder them even more. This build is lowkey hella dirty and if paired with the right teammate can prove to be very fatal to the enemy team...

This build was created in the game version of 1.2.1.5. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
