Rapid Spin
Damage. Movement Speed up.
Hydro TyphoonUNITE

Wise Glasses
Increases the damage of special attacks.
Focus Band
When HP is low, gradually recovers HP.
Shell Bell
Special attacks heal 45 HP, plus a percentage of your Sp. Atk.
Potion
Restore a small amount of HP over time.

Guide
This build is specializing in a quick movement from Blastoise. While having lots of recovery item to make him able to survive damages.
How to play?
1. In the beginning, just do your normal stuff, try to play it safe and gain level steadily until you reach lvl 7, where u finally have RAPID SPIN!
2. Now that u have water spout and rapid spin, u have both damage and maneuverability! And actually the biggest advantage is , it scare the enemy when u go in with rapid spin + water spout combo!
3. When a fight break out, always start with a water spout, because it will be resetted when u use rapid spin. Go in with rapid spin, and hold water spout to gain movement speed and continues aoe damage around you!
In most cases, enemies will be slightly panicked, and this give u an advantages on DPS!
4. Another great thing about blastoise is, after u go in and spin around, if your hp drop below 50% and you enemies also at half hp, do use your HYDRO TYPHOON, it is boosted and the damage is pretty HUGE! And it gives you shield to survive!
5. The item build here consist of damage through special attack, and survivability through HP recovery everytime ur hp gone down and everytime u use a move! And an extra potion whenever needed.
6. Through all my game play, this build provide a lot of survivability and damage ! So try it out!
