Guide
Build very similar to The Power of Thor (https://www.pokemonunite.gg/build/2307/pikachu-the-power-of-thor), only big difference is the item 'cause i prefer X-Attack. Personally, when i didn't use this item, i always seemed to see me that i lost easy kills that a little boost from X-Attack would fix it.
Every time X-Attack is available, use it. Even if you are not really near an enemy. By this idea, you should always search to keep pressure and attack on a mob or enemy.
Buddy Barrier is pratically mandatory.
Wise Glasses to buff attack aswell with Shell Bell also giving some extra life to Pikachu.
Even though i put in the left the ideal build path, i always recommend to let you decide based on your read of the match and especially on what stage of the match you're in.
If you are fighting more than one enemy most of the time, choose Thunder or Thunderbolt. If more 1v1 situations arise, go for Electro Ball or Volt Tackle.
Ex.: Early game, you go Top Lane and are outnumbered, go with Thunder. Maybe in Mid-Game things change, and you end up fighting for the lane only against a Ninetails and sometimes another enemy, go with Volt Tackle.
The perfect scenario is one direct damage and 1 area damage, but in rare matches where you end up going only one scenario you shouldn't be scared to use both types of damages.
