Guide
This build focuses on using Blissey's support abilities to its maximum extent. On your own, you won't do as much damage but your allies, especially those that have higher attack power than you, will definitely snowball with these boosts.
Safeguard focuses on removing all debuffs from your allies and makes them immune from all hindrances. If used in conjunction with Helping Hand, this will boost their movement and attack speed plus make their basic attacks to boosted attacks. With the immunity to hindrances, they basically can plow through a lot of Pokemon and deal some insane damage.

This build was created in the game version of 1.2.1.3. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
