Rocky Helmet
After taking a certain amount of damage, deals Percent Damage to nearby opponents.
Assault Vest
When out of combat, gain a percentage of your maximum health as a shield that blocks special attacks.
Eject Button
Instantly teleport yourself somewhere nearby.

This is my favorite build to go as Slowbro because I can always rely on not taking alot of damage from anyone! This build helps alot in solo q cause you dont really need coordination with this, all you need to do is distract the enemy team on attacking you but with the Amnesia and Surf combo with your team , you guys will win fights!
I think one of the most important aspect of Slowbro is its passive/ability and it really works well with this build because it really does helps you sustain and withstand fights causing you to deal more damage with Oblivious and Amnesia! One more thing with Battle Items I chose Eject Button because its a safepick but honestly X-Speed, Goal-Getter and Slow Smoke are fine as well!
