For a better engage you'd ambush with Electro Ball, then use Volt Tackle and Thundestorm. If you just want to quickly deal damage and escape, you use Volt Tackle first instead. Volt Tackle + Electro Ball can be pretty good when you are chased.
Items provide even more damage to your already strong Electro Ball and Thundestorm, making it easier to deal with tankier targets and even easier with squishy ones.
Works Well With
Speed manipulation and healing is what makes this build even better.
This build was created in the game version of 1.2.1.3. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
