You can zoom around to do team objectives, deal damage, get to goals and your basic attacks can also get that speed up with muscle band.
Pick razor leaf first to secure those wild pokemon to get sludge bomb, then you can deal quite a lot of damage already, BUT when you get petal dance you might be able to sludge them THEN you can get up close to get those kills.
Maybe you can swap the wise glasses with something like Sp.Atk specs? just customize it so you dominate the game
Works Well With
If your blissey got helping hand you can poke them HARD.
If your wigglytuff can sing them to sleep then use sludge them and use petal dance to YEET big groups.
Poke them together, A great friend to be with anyways!
