Receive a shield while charging up to score a goal. While shielded, incoming attacks will not stop you from charging up.
Focus Band
When HP is low, gradually recovers HP.
Eject Button
Instantly teleport yourself somewhere nearby.

This is the most optimal Crustle set as of the current Meta. Shell Smash + X-Scissor effectively turn you into a Bruiser, and a pretty good one at that. Rock Slide allows you to make the top lane Aipom's faster and provides you with a magnificent stun, specially when paired with other stunner on the lane. The items are just optimal, as BB and SS are pretty much mandatory on most mons and Focus Band makes a good pair with the Sturdy ability.
