This is personally how I would run a jungle garchomp set
Build Path
BulldozeFirst Pick
Dragon Rush
Displacement. (+)Slow.
Earthquake
AOE damage. (+)Slow.
Livid OutrageUNITE
Damage. Displacement. Self-stun.
Muscle Band
Basic attacks do more damage the more HP the opponent has.
Buddy Barrier
When using a Unite Move, shield yourself and your nearby ally with the lowest HP.
Scope Lens
Boosts critical hit damage.
Eject Button
Instantly teleport yourself somewhere nearby.
Stat Boosts
Bonus Attack Damage On Hit
Critical Damage
Shield (Upon Unite)

Personally I would play this set more aggressive due to the fact that after you get your attack gauge higher you can destroy enemies close to you.
Works Well With
Blissey is helpful with this set because helping hand boosting your attack speed will help gauge up your Basic attack so you do much more damage to any enemies planning on contesting objectives your team is on
As a back lane attacker cinderace is able to deal large damage to front lane attackers and defenders from the enemy team.
With a pokemon like charizard Jungle-Chomp can thrive with dealing Mid to front lane attackers while Charizard takes out the back lane auto attackers or at least weakens them for your team
