This is the build you can use if you want to have more hp sustain

EmberFirst Pick
Blaze Kick
Guaranteed crit. Spellproof. (+)Attack speed up.
Feint
Blazing Bicycle KickUNITE
Scope Lens
Boosts critical hit damage.
Muscle Band
Basic attacks do more damage the more HP the opponent has.
Focus Band
When HP is low, gradually recovers HP.
Potion
Restore a small amount of HP over time.
Stat Boosts
Bonus Attack Damage On Hit

This build works for every lane as long as you have level 5 very early.
Play style:
You need to be a bit passive and stay at a range of tanks and high damaging opponents. You need to feint if you get attacked by a group of pokemon. You also need To use blaze kick very decisively if you feel you are overleveled you can play less passive and play more aggressively.
Watch out for these:
You need to watch out for high damaging pokemon and tanks and Pokémon who can stun if you get stunned you are pretty dead.
Other items:
You can replace potion with full heal so you can get out of stuns and do some effective damage and sustain more hits.
If you want to have even more sustain you can replace Scope lens with leftovers.
You should not remove any of the other ones if you want to use something other than scope lens use something that gives hp or heals you so you can use: aeos cookie, shell bell, leftovers or assault vest as replacements for scope lens to gain more sustain.
Works Well With
Ninetales can stun and slow so you can chase and pummel your opponent
Blissey is good with Cinderace because she can heal and support you getting kills
Eldegoss is good because she can heal and support cinderace very well
