No começo do jogo dar prioridade para auxiliar o outro laner a farmar, focando principalmente em apenas pegar o restante da xp, em meio da disputa por objetivos tem um forte potencial para segurar quase todo o time adversário enquanto seu time finalizar o Drednaw.
Após finalizar o Drednaw basta subir para ajudar no Rottom e voltar para a rota inferior onde o Crustle é muito opressor para controlar o push da lane, além de ser um pokemon excelente para segurar a base sozinho, tendo liberado o Shell Smash e o X-Scissor o fato de poder trazer os adversários para perto do time é muito grande o famoso insec do Crustle, para quem não não sabe é o ato de ir para as costas do adversário e empurra-los para cima do seu time deixando ele em posição desfavorável, lembrando esse tipo de jogada requer sinergia com o time.
Recomendado também os itens estarem pelo menos lv 10+.
