Guide

Each one of the items is self-explanatory but just in case:
Muscle band allows you to damage tanks in your face and can help you melt opponents at full hp and gives you bonus attack speed which is something cinderace needs in order to maximize its damage.
I find scope lens to be strong for cinderace as his entire kit revolves around his autos and having the bonus crit chance and crit damage can help him shred enemies before they can kill him, especially cause he has a higher chance than most attackers due to the attack speed his kit has and the attack speed from muscle band.
I take buddy barrier as the third held item due to the hp it gives which allows for a slightly tankier cinderace which can when it is under attack and the shield you get from buddy barrier is good for keeping you and another squishy on low hp teammates fin a team fight for a longer period of time.
I don't take float stone because the point of this game is to get objectives and fight in small skirmishes to gain an advantage, so you rarely get any actual use for float stone in the game other than getting to lane slightly faster which becomes useless around 5 minutes as the jumps pads spawn into the game allowing you to get to around your side of the map faster.
I also don't recommend taking any stacking items as you rarely get much use from the stacking as you often don't get the chance to score many points outside of large numbers between 30-50. Scoring smaller numbers for a minimal attack bonus in a game needs you to constantly moving around for objectives can sooner or later become a detriment to your team and, for example, a 30+ attack damage boost won't make that much of a difference in a team fight. The only time I recommend taking a stacking item on cinderace is in a quick match where your job is to score as many points as fast as possible.

Works Well With

Snorlax

Snorlax is a strong pokemon in general with enough cc and hp to peel you. Good for preventing you from dying in lane and can help put pressure in your lane as snorlax early damage makes up for the lack of damage scorbunny has early.

Eldegoss

heals allow for strong sustain early allowing cinderace to scale without dying to enemy laners. (Best if eldegoss (gossifluer) takes exp share to allow for stronger scaling)

Blissey

Blissey can help keep cinderace alive through large amounts of sustain or anti cc. Its helping hand ability grants attack speed which enables a cinderace to shred and the additional ms from helping hand allows cinderace to have better kiting around enemy pokemon.
