Guide

Updated version of the original Charge Man set. Chases the opponents to distract, discombobulate, and *very* heavily damage the opposition. Capable of soloing Rotom and Drednaw with ease, and heavily damaging if not outright soloing Zapdos.

Muscle Band's boosts combo with the speed and damage output of Flail, Aeos Cookie gives it staying power, Buddy Barrier provides incredible defensive support especially around Rotom/Drednaw/Zapdos. X-Speed negates slow effects, including from active opposing lanes, helping you to escape, chase, or pilfer Sitrus from campers.
