Guide
Try to go for quick goals at the beginning of the match to trigger Specs. Once you get thunder and thunderbolt, use them both at the same time, so all of the thunder hits while they're stunned. If you're in a bad spot, use thunderbolt to stun your opponent, the run or eject. Kill wild pokemon for small points to sneak in XP and tiny goals if you have downtime.
Works Well With
Good for slowing opponents down so all of the thunder can hit.
Tanks a lot of damage and stuns, so Pikachu can stay in the back and get a lot of damage in.
