When not in combat, recovers 1% of your HP every second.

This build allows for aggressive play while being a balanced defender with a top lane attacker.
Water Gun first. Then Surf and Amnesia. Surf does more damage overall compared to Scald while Amnesia allows Slowbro to be the tank it needs to be while give Surf an additional damage boost. The ideal combo is to get behind the enemy (hid in brush) use Amnesia and Surf the enemy into your lane partner so they can't escape and secure the knock out.
Shell Bell and Wise Glasses will help with damage output to allow for max aggression while keeping your moves on a lower cooldown. Leftovers will provide additional HP and HP Recovery to make Slowbro the ultimate tank and hold down the lane when your partner needs to back or farm.
Eject Button, X-Speed, and Slow Smoke are all great options.
