Damage. Slow.
Surf
Damage. Displacement. HP Vamp. Instant cooldown on takedown.
Smokescreen
Invisible. Movement Speed up. Attack boost. (+)Increased Attack upon reveal.
Waterburst ShurikenUNITE
AOE damage and Slow. Then AOE damage. Displacement. Then: Dash.
Muscle Band
Basic attacks do more damage the more HP the opponent has.
Focus Band
When HP is low, gradually recovers HP.
Float Stone
Move faster when not in combat.
X Speed
Temporarily increases your Movement Speed.
Stat Boosts
Bonus Attack Damage On Hit

Ideally this build just wants to jungle to get early Gren then back up either lane, but honestly as long as you can get early big targets in top or bot you should be fine. I chose X Speed over E. Button simply cause it and Float Stone pair up to escape faster, especially if you're trying to escape from Zera's Discharge.
Works Well With
Sheer DPS in top lane is actual bullying if you get early level advantage.
Slowbro's good at absorbing hits if you need to retreat or Telekinesis makes Surf absolutely a free heal.
This build was created in the game version of 1.1.1.6. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
