Instantly teleport yourself somewhere nearby.

Just walk towards people and sing the whole enemy team. Drop dazzling gleam and watch them all die.
Save your ult for when Snorlax slams then blocks your team. They can all walk through the wall afterwards. Congrats you just saved your entire team and can now pick whatever target you want to jump on.
Works Well With
Once he has submission you can perma stun one target and kill them.
Sing, gleam, and let Lucario do the rest.
Don't lane together, but during team fight phase you can make your team invincible to CC and un-killable. Make sure to bring a Machamp, Snorlax, etc. for this dive comp to work.
