Buddy Barrier
When using a Unite Move, shield yourself and your nearby ally with the lowest HP.
Wise Glasses
Increases the damage of special attacks.

Guide
Over level 11 with air slash you can recover up to 1/3 of HP every 2 seconds, with surf you do tons of damage and every 1v1 battle, and maybe also 1v2 is impossible to lose.
Run away from enemy that will kill you, launch a surf into them and knockback them to you, then use airslash to recover HP and if it's not done, launch another airslash after the 2 second cooldown.
With unite move you can easly kill 3 enemy without they can understand why, where and how you kill them. This pokemon with this build is so dump...I love it.
You can go in lane with every champ which slows down/freeze/stun enemies so you can secure a 2k hit with surf to do tons of damage.
Works Well With
Ninetales can slow down enemy, so you can aim better with surf and do 2k damage to enemies.
Slowbro with telekinesis (?) can stop in mid air enemy. Secure kill with surf.
It's always good having someone who can stop enemies with yawn.
This build was created in the game version of 1.1.1.3. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
