To not get too descriptive on this. Essentially rocky Helmet melds well with his Passive, Dig and Dragon Claw allows him to keep on the enemy and displacing whenever, Muscle Band allows you to just get in more hits and do more chunky damage, while Float stone is a must in the jungle.

You want to try and not gank till 6 but if you have you're best bet is to gank Botlane where the more squishier mons should be. Another strat is invading the enemy jungle.

Fluffy Tail can be swapped with Eject if you feel like you have enough clear power. I mostly take this due to not having a third damage item.
