FIRST PICK
Ember is good for annoying your ennemies, and also begin with a lot of wild pokemons killed, but even with your auto-attacks you have that, it's actually busted.
FIRST UPGRADE
Pyro Ball is for good ranging and a very good finisher, it does a fair amount of damage, burn, and goes very far, if you have the upgrade of that move, then you can get some additioonal CDR if you hit an opponent.
SECOND UPGRADE
Feint is very good when ganking a lane, with that you are sure to not get killed, but don't use it too fast, use it on the strongest move of the opponent. (like the Venusaur Solar Beam for exemple)
UNITE MOVE
Blazing Bicycle Kick is good for taking any objectives (Zapdos, Drednaw, Rotom), but it has also insane damage, use it when the opposing team is packed, because this move has a medium AOE, after the UNITE move, you get a speed boost for chasing ennemies that might have survived. (wich is probably the most popular case)
ITEMS
The Scope Lens gives you some crit chances, think that every auto-attacks have the chance to crit, and if it's the case, then you might always win your trades against the toughest.
The Float Stone is a good item since it's a Jungle Cinderace Build, you have to get some good mobility to get the most xp from the Jungle and then gank very early to scare your ennemies.
The Energy Amplifier is getting you a boost of attack after using the UNITE move, wich give you a indestructible avantage when using it.
The Eject Button is always good to get away stinky situations, or just dive like a bull into the battle, with Cinderace, you can use it to make distance against all pokemons that are physical.

Both are zoning a lot the ennemy and so goes well with him + has a good durability
