Guide

Bulky Garchomp build to disrupt the enemy team and support your allies. Grabbing Dig and Earthquake to stun/slow mixed with Slow Smoke for extra disruption. If the slow is not necessary a potion can be good for sustain. Garchomp is not meant to be the sole defender/tank on a team. Just an extra meat shield for an otherwise offensive team.

Focus Band/Rocky Helmet for general tankiness as well as doubling up on physical contact damage. Can swap out Helmet for Vest if you'd like. Or take out Buddy Barrier for a different item like leftovers. BB is great to keep you in the fight longer as you're ulting, and the shield let's you take more hits for your Rough Skin/Rocky Helmet combo. Energy Amplifier can be a fun take as you can go from a stun machine to a hyper carry in the blink of an eye. Also the extra cool down reduction let's you slow/stun enemies more often.

Garchomp has the decent bulk to be the "second tank" for the team while still outputting a lot of damage. At full build with smokescreen he has the ability to keep enemies locked into place for a very long time, forcing them to deal with him and his team.

Works Well With

Eldegoss

Much needed sustain.

Alolan Ninetales

Buffs/Debuffs

Mr. Mime

Extra disruption. Ults combo well together to completely lock out the enemy team
