AOE heal/damage. (+)Ally denfense up.
Cotton Guard
Defense up. (+)Movement Speed up. Then: Heal. (+)Increased Movement speed.
Cotton Cloud CrashUNITE
Untargetable. Then: AOE damage. Displacement. AOE Heal.
Buddy Barrier
When using a Unite Move, shield yourself and your nearby ally with the lowest HP.
Shell Bell
Special attacks heal 45 HP, plus a percentage of your Sp. Atk.
Wise Glasses
Increases the damage of special attacks.
Potion
Restore a small amount of HP over time.
Stat Boosts

Move 1: No matter what always pick Leafage first as it will help you get kills fast at the start.
Move 2: For this one it depends on on your team, the enemy team but most importantly the pokémon your going with and there play style, you will get better at judging witch attack you need the more you play.
Move 3: Cotton Guard no question best heal.

Item 1: Buddy Barrier is a must have for any good support as it makes your ultimate fully heal your + a big shield. (always make sure you have an alt for zapdos)
Item 2: Shell Bell increases your Sp. Atk witch also increases heals done to other players, damage + healing you a lots for every Sp. Atk done witch is nearly every attack.
Item: 3: Wise Glasses replaces Exp. Share as if you get bee control and keep killing you will not be behind on exp so wise glasses for more Sp. Atk for more heals/damage. (Bees spawn at 8:50, 7:20, 5:50, 4:20, 3:50 ect...)
Works Well With
Make sure Garchomp doesn't die and he will do all the killing.
With you want to block of a lane healer tank combo. (any tank works)
