You use surf to disable the enemy while you hit the enemy with your basic attacks getting you to boosted attack, then you use telekinesis to disable the enemy again and after that hit them with your boosted attack making them slowed and run away for the last few seconds of your surfs cooldown and then you use surf again to either attack again or flee the fight. And if you hit them with the surf you gain back some of the lost HP. After all of that skill rotation your teammates are now back to the fight or have finished the enemy already.
