You throw sludge bomb at the enemy poisoning them and then you spam Hex. Hex has 7.5 second cooldown but if you hit a poisoned enemy with it, the cooldown is reduced to 1 second. And that's insane. Basically if you hit the enemy with the sludge bomb the enemy is going to die because then you just spam hex and teleport at them over and over again. And while you are teleporting there is a good chance that the skill that the enemy used against you doesn't even hit you because you teleported. Just make sure that the enemy you are using hex at is poisoned, otherwise you are going to die.
Venusaur also poisons the enemy... ;)
