If I have a strong laning partner, I'll let them take level 4 first, if I'm unsure of how we're going to work, I'll rush 4 and early surf our way to victory. Try and keep the pressure up on farms with Surf and use Telekinesis to help your lane partner score when only one enemy defender.
Move Aim Follows Movement = On
Move Aim Snaps = Off
This will ensure you're able to surf AWAY from enemies as well.
