Bonus Passive Experience

Guide

-Exp. Share helps you get Moonlight+ the fastest without farming much. (Moonlight/Follow Me is very passive)
-Sp. Atk. Specs give the biggest boost to Moonlight. It is also easy to stack because Moonlight gives you free healing, and Disarming Voice has decent last-hit potential.
-Buddy Barrier helps Clefable reactively ult to save a teammate who is getting attacked.
-Rescue Hood could replace Buddy Barrier, but I think the value of protecting a teammate at a moment's notice is more important. It could replace Exp. Share, but if experience is ever a problem, that build looks quite bad.
-X Speed is a quick getaway option that works well with Clef. Follow Me is already an Eject Button, after all.
Use Gravity when the enemy team has one or more dash-oriented Pokémon, like Buzzwole, Zoroark, or Scizor. If unsure which one to use, Follow Me is the better choice.
*Lugia is now green/white, so that's why it's there. Victreebel is also +Attack, -Sp. Defense, so you should purposely use a bronze one to minimize its effects, which really only hinders Clef.
