For bot or top lane keep as much distance as you can, stacking lv 1 is not recommended as you have no last hit move. Alway use razor leaf to try your luck getting last hit. Lv 5 you start to use giga drain to deal damage and to heal at the same time, also recommended to use for last hit. In lv 7 this is where you start to get aggressive but don't try to int, keep as much distance as possible (again) and keep beaming your enemies to deal consistent damages, always try to use solar beam to last hit objective and always try to secure objective WITH YOUR TEAM. Do not try to fight alone as this build is only good in team fights. Also try to get lv 9 on objective for better team fight winning. On late game, make sure that your tank walk over and should have cc if possible. Also lv 13 is recommended since you get less cd and lower beam cast time, plus unite move with solar beam will also be stronger also if cc is possible, too. But also remember you have to keep distance. And always use giga drain to stay alive.
You can replace Choice Specs with Incense or maybe Focus Band to stay tanky
You can also play tank emblems (6 White 6 Green 2 Blue)
