This build focusses on maximizing our dudes Sp. Attack so he simply becomes a K.O. maschine.
Please recon that Lugia is Green White again, thus the emblem set is 6x Green / 6x White / 2x Purple / 1x Blue
This set boosts his stats with only Gold as follows:
- HP -50
- Attack: -13
- Defense: -5
- Sp. Attack: +25,5
The overall Sp.Attack reaches +1.130 Sp. Attack with Lvl. 15!
You could even aim higher if you are fine with other negative stats.
Here I focussed on a halfway good balance.
You use Poltergeist to activate the spoons effect and than smash the Flamethrower. Eject Button obviously to get out when things get messy.

Similar case with melee allrounders like Zacian, Tyrannitar
Basically any defender is fine who keep a distance between Chandy and the enemy
Wiggly and Mr.Mime could work too if they take enough attention
+ Mr.Mimes Confusion and Chandy could hit very hard
