Hello! Since Mewtwo Y isn't on here as of yet, I decided I'd start posting a few builds on here for theorycrafting purposes! Mewtwo is already a strong 'mon in general, but Mewtwo Y (from my playtesting anyhow) requires you do hit lvl5 and get access to Future Sight AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. Jungle is best to achieve this, as not only you get both buffs, but you then further get access to Mega. While farming jungle, you can sneak out every once and awhile to get a quick kill and maybe even score for your team. Prioritize the weaker targets of the enemy team, as your damage is decent- but you will NEED sustain of some kind.
After getting access to Future Sight, Mewtwo's damage skyrockets, being able to snipe picks from far away if you tag them. RF Scarf helps with this, especially with gaining more gauge for your win condition. Shell Bell also gives you a little bit of healing for each of your moves and basic attacks! Wise Glasses just add a flat buff overall. You could maybe substitute Wise for Score Shield and Bell for Sp. ATK Specs, but I wouldn't recommend it. Once you get access to Recover though, it adds a little more to that sustain and furthers your mega gauge. If you feel that you need the movement, take Teleport. In most cases, you're going to want the movement.
Works Well With
Blissey helps by healing and buffing atk speed. Mewtwo always benefits from this.
Decidueye is great at locking down opponents, which helps Mewtwo secure kills or even help him get away for more healing.
This build was created in the game version of 1.11.1.7. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
