Guide
Scizor: you are designed to be a high caliber Sustain Brawler
(If you decide to go Scizor you will typically prefer top path)
Your job is to be in lane 24/7 and defend it with your life
if you get to stack you will have the stats to survive a rather absurd amount of time when outnumbered especially on pad.
Scyther: You are effectively a Speedster with the stats of an All-Rounder
(if you decide to go Scyther will usually prefer the jungle)
Scyther is also able to run this build rather effectively with the increase to bulk that lets you get away with a lot more than people will expect while keeping up the absurd amounts of damage that comes Scyther as a character.
Alternatively the Focus Band can be exchanged for Drain Crown despite popular belief of the item being useless it does quite well in this instance.
Alternatively the X-Attack can be replaced with Potion if you feel like you don't have enough burst sustain somehow.
Works Well With

Pairing Hoopa with this build for Scizor will allow your Hoopa to be much mroe likely to have access to Hyperspace Hole a pad allowing the entire team much more mobility.

This isn't limited to just Blissey any and all healing output going onto this Scizor build makes it basically impossible to kill with experience.
Blissey in particular with Bliss Assist can let the Scizor Break through jsut about anything an opposing team can throw at you especially when the Scizor presses its own unite move.
